The Top 4 Best Homeopathic Cell Salts For Aging Gracefully
Ok let’s be real…
I can go on and on about how aging is meaningless, how we as women should embrace our age and not the unrealistic ideals set forth by society – but at the end of the day, there’s a reason why the beauty industry is among the largest in the world.
Within homeopathy, there is a branch called the cell salts, which sheds some light on the aging process, underlying health, and beauty as a whole.
Basically, the idea is that it was discovered when the body is reduced to ash only 12 cell salts remain. They are the mineral compounds that make up all blood, organs, tissues, and bone. We usually derive them from plants and vegetables- but let’s face it, between soil depletion let alone poor digestion, and everything else- we are all quite deficient.
To be deficient sets us up for a boatload of chronic disease, and if you’re visually showing a symptom of salt deficiency (wrinkles, crows feet, pretty much any premature facial aging aspect) it means you’re extremely deficient. The reason why aging signs can appear more rapidly in some than others is because of their deficiency status.
To add these back into the body by taking them as cell salts – you won’t only get immense underlying health benefits (compared to ignoring them with injectables and creams), but can actually help reverse facial aging.
HERE ARE THE TOP Cell Salts ASSOCIATED WITH Aging Gracefully:
1. Silicea:
Silicea is what makes collagen. Wrinkles are associated with a deficiency of this, and taking it can start to reverse them. Is also great for acne-prone skin, or abscesses. Will support the skin’s overall appearance and function.
2. Calc Fluor:
Calc Fluor is associated with crows feet around the eyes, and a waxy appearance. Is also great for teeth/bone health to keep your smile bright! If you suffer from dry, hard skin or calluses these can be another indicator of needing this cell salt. Will also improve the skin’s overall elasticity.
3. Nat Phos:
A key indication for Nat Phos is bags under the eyes. It can also help with eliminating blackheads, and bring balance to oily skin. A double chin can also be an indication of a deficiency in Nat Phos.
4. Kali Sulph:
Kali Sulph is for brown spots or melasma. Can also be helpful in supporting skin conditions such as eczema, or psoriasis. Another indication may be dry flaking skin in general.
